Roles & Responsibilities

• Review tender requirements and project scope and prepare comprehensive technical and commercial proposals.

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate preparation of tender submissions.

• Manage bid clarifications and communications with clients throughout the tender process.

• Collaborate with the Operations team to develop and implement effective bid strategies.

• Source, obtain and evaluate proposals and quotations from vendors, suppliers and subcontractors.

• Conduct Technical Bid Evaluations (TBE) and Commercial Bid Evaluations (CBE).

• Prepare technical and commercial submissions in accordance with client specifications and tender requirements.

• Ensure all tender submissions are completed and submitted within stipulated deadlines.

• Ensure compliance with the Company's tender governance framework, proposal preparation procedures and internal approval processes.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering.

• Minimum 10 years' relevant experience in tendering/proposals within the offshore oil and gas industry.

• Strong experience in preparing and managing techno-commercial bids, particularly for T&I and EPCI projects.

• Sound technical knowledge of offshore transportation and installation activities.

• Project management experience will be an added advantage.

• Results-driven, self-motivated and able to work independently.

• Excellent analytical, communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
