    The IT Executive will be responsible for supporting and maintaining the company’s IT systems, infrastructure, and end-user support. This role ensures smooth day-to-day IT operations and provides technical assistance across the organization.

     

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide IT support to end users, including hardware, software, email, and network-related issues

    • Install, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices

    • Manage and support Microsoft 365, email accounts, and user access

    • Monitor and maintain network connectivity, basic server systems, and backups

    • Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers when required

    • Ensure IT security best practices, including antivirus updates, system patches, and data protection

    • Maintain IT inventory, documentation, and asset records

    • Support basic troubleshooting for company systems, applications, and collaboration tools

     

    Key Requirements

    • Diploma, IT certification, or equivalent hands-on experience in IT or a related field

    • Minimum 2–4 years of relevant IT support/administration experience

    • Experience supporting Windows systems, IT hardware, and end users

    • Familiarity with Microsoft 365, email systems, and basic networking

    • Basic understanding of IT security and data protection practices

    • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills

    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

     

    Added Advantage

    • IT certifications (e.g. Microsoft, CompTIA, or equivalent)

  • We are hiring an experienced Lead Supervisor for trenching survey vessel operations on a Taiwan offshore project.

    Requirements:
    • Minimum 10+ years offshore trenching survey supervision experience
    • Strong experience in data analysis, monitoring, detection, witnessing, and assessment
    • Hands-on experience with Side Scan Sonar (SSS), Sub-bottom Profiler (SBP), Multi-beam Echo-sounder (MBES), and ROV systems
    • Experience working onboard offshore survey / trenching vessels
    • Strong leadership, communication, and reporting skills
    • Hold valid offshore medical (MCU), and BOSIET / offshore survival certification.

    • Witness and assess offshore survey and inspection activities
    • Coordinate with vessel crew, marine teams, and client representatives
